The birthday wishes for Ajinkya Rahane, who turned 30 today, flooded the Mumbai batsman's Twitter handle on Wednesday.
He was born on 6th June 1988.
The right-handed batsman, who is the vice-skipper for India national squad in Test format and led Rajasthan Royals in recently concluded IPL season.
Rahane, who made his first-class debut during 2007–08 term, averaged an inspiring 62.04 after 100 innings.
He gathered scored more than 1000 runs thrice during his first five periods. The cricket sensation made his global debut in a Twenty20 International in opposition to England at Manchester during August 2011.
With well-known batsman Shikhar Dhawan got injured, Ajinkya made his Test debut during the March 2013.
The superstar was born in Ashwin KD, Ahmednagar region. His father’s name is Madhukar Baburao Rahane and his mother’s name is Sujata Rahane. He has two sibs, Shashank and Apurva. When he was just 7, his dad took him to a small training campground. Since he was 17 years old, he took coaching from ex India sensation Pravin Amre.
On 26 September 2014, he tied the nuptial knot to Radhika Dhopavkar in the city of Mumbai.
Ajinkya made his List A debut for Mumbai in opposition to the national capital for the Ranji 1-day Trophy in March 2007. He made 61 runs to a 171-run affiliation with ex Indian opener Wasim Jaffer.
He has experienced a victorious spell with Rajasthan Royals thus far, playing under Rahul Dravid's guidance. Rahane shot to fame in the Premier League world during 2012 term for Rajasthan Royals.
