Aishwarya Rai Bachchan Remembers Atal Ji, Shares Throwback Pictures On Instagram

Bollywood actress Aishwarya Rai Bachchan remembered the former Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee who left for the heavenly abode on 16th August. Along with the other Bollywood celebrities, the diva also expressed her feelings on the same and shared that she too had the opportunity of meeting late former Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee.

Aishwarya took to her Instagram to share a few pictures where years ago she had met the most influential personality of our country. The pictures are surely a delight for all the die-hard fans of Ash as well as Atal Ji.

Aishwarya Rai was looking mesmerizing as usual in her traditional avatar. She wore a beautiful green saree with heavy gold jewelry.

The pictures were clicked back in the year 2000 when Aishwarya had just started getting fame in the Bollywood industry. Along with Atal Ji, we can also spot veteran actress Sridevi. All of them are sharing some good laugh and the pictures are surely a delight to watch.

On the work front, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan was last seen in Fanney Khan which also starred Anil Kapoor and Rajkummar Rao in important roles. The movie released on 3rd August, however, got a poor response at the box-office.

Well, it will be interesting to see which movie Aishwarya will start shooting after Fanney Khan. A few weeks back, the actress had confirmed that she will be reuniting with her star husband Abhishek Bachchan for Gulab Jamun. This had surely made their fans excited.

Talking about the same, the former Miss World said, “AB and I agreed to do Gulab Jamun. I told AB that he needs to decide what he wants to do after Manmarziyan.”

The film will mark the reunion of this beautiful star couple after 8 long years.

Ash and Abhi have previously worked in films like Dhai Akshar Prem Ke, Kuch Naa Kaho, Umrao Jaan, Guru, Raavan among others.
