We all know that Sameera Reddy is a well-known actress, happy wife, caring daughter-in-law and the loving mom of two cute kids, Hans and Nyra. When we have a quick look at Sameera's personal social media handle we come to know the doting mom quite frequently shares extracts from her maternity diaries with her buffs.
Now, the actress posted a cutesy throwback pic on her IG handle from her ‘godh bharai’ ceremonial that took place during 2019. In the pic, Sameera was witnessed receiving offerings from her mom-in-law with a sweet smile on her face.
Sameera looked resplendent and her pregnancy glow in a yellow silk saree and a golden choker surprised all of us. Her gajra gave her the proper South Indian look.
Together with the image, Sameera wrote a heartfelt note that showcased her love and loving connection with her dearest mom-in-law. In her note, she penned, "Messy Mama & Saasu Saasu. We are a modern Saas Bahu yet we deeply value our traditional foundations. Found this pic from 2019 Godh Bharai and it reminded me that our cultural heritage and personal rituals are to be cherished and handed over to the coming generations, with love, respect and an inclusive vision of ‘Vasudevam Kutumbakam’ The world is One Family. #throwbackthursday #messymama #sassysaasu #saasbahu #redefined @manjrivarde @diydayalishka @thewedwiz.”
After seeing her divine post, Sameera's mom-in-law shared her valuable comment that can be read as, "Rituals are profound and it is lovely to honor them. But people are more important than any ritual ever created. Reverence is beautiful, as long as it is freely and deeply understood and believed in. Let us start by honouring our families and then taking it out into the universe."
Sameera frequently shared posts about her pregnancy chapter and keeps on giving useful tips on pregnancy. She too talked about the emotional side effects that came along with the pregnncy. On October 15, 2020, she had shared her throwback image when she was expecting her first kid, Hans, and had remembered how unprepared she was at that time.
She penned, "Angry, frustrated, self-loathing & spewing. Our own demons get to us! Akshai patiently worked through it with me. Throwback 2015, pregnant with Hans, hormonal, unaware & unprepared! Totally opposite of what I am today. We prepare for everything but what is most important the emotional support we require. What leads someone to feel low about one's body self-image? Whether you are a new mother or even otherwise? It can lead to a negative body perception that can dominate your moods, your inner happiness and destroy healthy relationships."
In her note, Sameera also shared all about her conversion after her second kid's birth, Nyra. She had stated that positivity comes from within.
