The former State Police Chief namely Jacob Punnoose recently revealed some news about Aamir Khan. During an interview with Kerala Kaumudy Channel, he said that the popular Bollywood actor Aamir Khan offered Rs. 1 Crore to the Police Chief. However, he declined the offer then and there. In fact, the actor offered Jacob Punnoose that money for participating in the popular programme 'Sathya Meva Jayathe'. The former police made this revelation in the programme straight-line.
He said, 'Aamir Khan took my interview, two years after I retired from the service. For that, he said he would give me about Rs One crore. But I told him that I don’t want the money and gave it to Kerala police; the police also didn’t accept it. Finally, the amount went to ITBP (Indo-Tibetan Border Police).'

There is a special research team in the foundation. The team members explore different parts of India to undergo research regarding some good things. Jacob asked him directly, 'Mr. Khan why did you select me for this programme. We don’t know each other, still, why did you call me?'
To that particular question, Aamir Khan answered, 'r Punnose, I have a research team, which had talked to a number of police officers including you. What all had to say what about problems and only you talked about solutions. That was why we called you.'
