In Canada, the doctors are trying out new and innovative methods to cure the patients and this method has started grabbing the attention of people from across the world.

In a new initiative, the Canadian doctors have introduced a unique way of treating their patients and the method is known as Museum Therapy. As per the doctors in Canada, the museum therapy is showing tremendous results in treating the patients that comes to their hospitals in Canada. The doctors will be giving the patients free vouchers of the museums, where they can freely move around.

In a span of 9 months, around 740 patients have visited the museums in this way and so far 185 vouchers have been issued. A good amount of improvement in the health conditions of the 740 patients were recorded after they visited the museums. This is quite a great achievement and more hospitals and doctors will be trying this method in the coming days to see the results.

The team at the Montreal Museum of Fine Arts (MMFA) planned with Medesign Francophones do Canada (MFDC), last November. Under this program, the doctors will be giving free vouchers of the museum for the patients. As per the doctors, this will increase the enthusiasm of the patients and they will also get cured from their health issues very soon.

Another major advantage of Museum therapy is that it does not have any kind of side effects. The usual rate of the ticket at Montreal Museum is Rs 2178 ($31), and these tickets are provided free by the doctors. A doctor from Canada said that this way of treating the patients is very much unique in the world. Vouchers are given by the museums for the patients and their family who suffer from issues such as anxiety, Alzheimer, depression, physical and mental illness etc.
