OnePlus 7 series is all set to roll out soon into the market and there is a lot of hype surrounding it. Though the company tried hard to hide the details of the device, they failed to do so as from top to bottom every detail has been leaked. The things that excited the users are only two - the bezel-less display and pop-up camera. However, is it worthy to invest on the successor of OnePlus 6T just for the two exciting things it has? The users are waiting eagerly for the next exciting feature to be released from the top companies while no company is coming up with any unique feature as of now.
While OnePlus 7 and Pro are lined up for release, is there any worthy point that makes the users grab them leaving behind OnePlus 6T?
Design
Coming to the design of OnePlus 7, it has a pop-up selfie camera unlike its predecessor. While F11 Pro and Vivo V15 Pro already had the pop-up cameras installed, there is nothing new that the users of those devices can look up in OnePlus 7. Also, the pop-up camera is likely to attract dirt and can be damaged easily.
Price
Coming to the price factor, the OnePlus 6T was designed for tech enthusiasts who love to operate new technologies, but OnePlus 6T is a better option under RS 35,000 for an 8GB RAM and 128 GB storage. The new variant however costs a little bit high compared to other similar variants and may not attract the users easily.
Charging
Despite coming with a glass back, the flagship will not come with a wireless charging option. However it comes with a faster Warp Charger for quick charging. Nevertheless, the Dash Charger of OnePlus 6T is already very fast and the 3700mAh battery capacity lasts almost a day long despite of heavy usage.
Camera quality
OnePlus 7 Pro is said to come with a camera of 48 MP, but there won't be much use with those extra pixcels. For a selfie camera, 12 MP is more than enough. On the other hand OnePlus 6T has 16MP +20MP Exmor RS sensor.
OS
OnePlus 7 series will not come with Android. They come with Oxygen OS based on Android 9.0 Pie. However, the next, 7T with Android Q OS will come packed with several updates.
